Hi, my name is Coach Ruby. I bring over a decade of experience in both the BPO and freelancing industries, building my career from the ground up. I started as a call center agent and worked my way up to becoming a Quality Assurance Supervisor, where I led and supported hundreds of agents while contributing to training and recruitment initiatives across multiple departments.
Six years ago, I transitioned into freelancing, where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including real estate investors, land developers, and social media influencers with over one million subscribers on YouTube. These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of client expectations, systems, and the skills needed to succeed in a remote work environment.
With this background, I founded my own Virtual Assistance agency, helping businesses across the United States and Australia connect with highly skilled Virtual Assistants. Today, I am passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned—guiding individuals from all career backgrounds to successfully transition into freelancing and build sustainable, high-paying careers as Virtual Assistants.
